Event Florist London

We are a London-based event florist specialising in event flowers and floral design for fashion events, brand launches, corporate dinners, galas, private celebrations, and cultural occasions. Every commission is conceived and built from our Battersea studio in collaboration with the client, the venue, and the moment. Our event floristry clients include Vogue, Cartier, Burberry, Condé Nast, Annabel’s, Raffles London, and private families who value discretion and craft. We work across London and internationally, from intimate private dinners to large-scale installations for several hundred guests.

03/ Delivery

Every project begins with the space, the occasion, and the atmosphere you want to create. We work from the venue itself wherever possible; its architecture, light, and material palette inform the design from the outset.

We develop a complete visual scheme - florals, colour, candles, décor, furniture, and lighting - presented as a detailed moodboard before any sourcing begins. Every element is selected in relation to the whole.

Every arrangement is prepared in our studio and photographed for client approval before it leaves. You see the finished work 24 to 48 hours before your event. We deliver and place everything on the day - with full on-site installation when the occasion requires it.

Beyond
florals

Flowers are the starting point, not the boundary. Each event is designed as a complete environment. Every surface, light source, and material is considered as part of a single atmosphere. The result is a space that feels inevitable rather than decorated.

Recognition

Named by British Vogue as a fashion-favourite florist. Commissioned for Vogue World 2023 at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, the Vogue Fashion & Film BAFTAs, London Fashion Week, and events for Cartier, Burberry, Annabel’s, Raffles Hotel, and the Dorchester.

We are the world’s only B Corp and Planet Mark certified event florist. Every commission follows our sustainability framework: seasonal sourcing, minimal floral foam, composting of all green waste, and carbon-conscious logistics across London.

A fashion show takes place outdoors on a sunlit brick pathway. Models showcase avant-garde outfits, including long dresses and tall, structured headpieces. The backdrop features a curved, modern building with open windows. Vibrant London flowers decorate the path's edges, adding to the event’s charm.

    Event Flowers FAQ

How far in advance should we book an event florist?

For large-scale events, three to six months gives us time to visit the venue, develop the concept, and source specialist stems. For smaller commissions or corporate dinners, we can often work within two to four weeks. For urgent turnarounds, get in touch and we will be honest about what is possible.

Do you work with event planners and production companies?

Yes, regularly. We collaborate with event planners, creative directors, production teams, and venue coordinators. If you have an existing creative team, we integrate with that structure. If you need us to lead the floral design independently, we do that too.

What types of events do you work on?

Fashion shows, brand launches, product activations, corporate dinners, galas, award ceremonies, press events, private parties, and cultural occasions. We have designed flowers for events ranging from intimate dinners for twenty to installations for over a thousand guests.

What is the minimum budget for event flowers?

There is no fixed minimum. The investment depends on the scale of the event, the venue, the season, and the complexity of the design. We discuss scope openly from the first conversation so the design reflects your priorities.

Can you handle same-week or short-notice events?

In many cases, yes. Our studio holds a working inventory of seasonal stems and vessels, and our supplier network can move quickly. The limiting factor is usually the scale and complexity of the brief rather than the timeline itself.

Do you only provide flowers, or full event styling?

Our focus is floral design, but we regularly advise on and source candles, tableware, linens, and furniture where they intersect with the floral scheme. For full event production, we can recommend trusted partners we work alongside.

    Do you work outside London?

Yes. We have designed events across the UK and in Europe. For commissions outside London, we work with trusted local growers at the destination and bring our design team to oversee the installation.

What happens to the flowers after the event?

Where possible, arrangements are donated to Confetti Club and proceedings from sales feed Cancer Research. All green waste is composted. We do not send flowers to landfill.
