Why choose Blooming Haus?

We provide our clients with the freshest flowers, a great dose of creativity and high-end service.

Can I create a bespoke bouquet?

We provide for all kind of customers. Please select one of the bespoke bouquets and go through the check out process. You will be asked a series of questions that will take you through the customisation process. Alternatively, please call us or send an email with your specifications and we will take you through the ordering process.

How do you send your bouquets?

Our flowers are carefully prepared using fresh flowers, with minimum foliage and fillers. Every bouquet is hand-tied, wrapped and kept in a water holder in order to stay fresh and avoid drying out.

How do you write a message with the bouquet?

Every message is hand-written on branded paper to complement your delivery.

Can I send other gifts with the flowers?

Blooming Haus is a bespoke florist and offers customisation of every order. Please phone in or send an email to make an inquiry about personalising your order with additional elements such as customised biscuits and cakes, candles, vases and other items. We will be happy to also recommend options if you are unsure of what to add.

What sizes of bouquets do you offer?

As a standard option almost every bouquet comes in three sizes: Petit (small), Regular and Deluxe (large).

Ordering

I have a problem with the online order. Do you take payments over the phone?

Blooming Haus takes different types of payments. Phone in to make an inquiry. Our sales team is open Monday – Sunday from 7am to 8pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our payment system offers payments with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as direct bank transfers.

Delivery

Can I have flowers delivered on the same day?

Blooming Haus is a bespoke florist and most our orders are taken at least one day before the delivery date. In special circumstances, we might able to accommodate for last-minute orders. To find out if we can fulfil your order on the same day, please phone in.

Do you do deliveries at specific times?

In most circumstances, we will be able to deliver an order at a specific time. This will incur an extra charge, however.

Do I have to provide a contact number for the recipient?

We like to make a phone call before attempting a delivery to make sure the other party will be able to receive the order.

When will my flowers arrive?

We normally make a phone call before attempting a delivery to see if the recipient is at home and able to receive the order.

Will you let me know when the flowers get delivered?

After a successful delivery, we let you know the order has been received by sending an email or making a phone call.
